Congratulations, Micaela!

We are excited to announce that Micaela Andreo graduated from OSU with her bachelor’s in Psychology! She will be attending the University of Texas at Dallas to work towards a doctorate in Cognitive Psychology. Her mentor will be Dr. Chandramilika Basak in the school of Brain and Behavioral Sciences. We congratulate her and wish her the best in this next step in academia!
Rachael awarded grant!

Congratulations to Rachael Turner who won an OSU Women's Faculty Council Student Research Award for her work on Caregiver Preparedness during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This work examined whether informal caregivers of adults with dementia or disabilities were prepared for the reduced access to resources that came with lockdowns and how caregiver burden and resilience were related to preparedness.

Erin Harrington Accepts Post Doc at Penn State!

Dr. Erin Harrington has accepted an exciting postdoctoral fellowship at Penn State! Erin will be a Postdoctoral Scholar of Biobehavioral Health, Stress, Immunity, and Aging under the direction of Dr. Jennifer Graham-Engeland and Dr. Christopher Engeland in the Department of Biobehavioral Health, College of Health and Human Development. Congratulations, Erin! You earned it!

Robberson Summer Dissertation Award

Congratulations, Erin Harrington, for being selected for a 2020 Robberson Summer Dissertation Fellowship. As part of this fellowship, Erin will receive $6,000 to support her dissertation work, which focuses on prospective memory demands and parenting. Keep it up!
