Prospective Graduate Students
Most of my work is on prospective memory and metamemory. Recently, I have been thinking about how prospective memory and metamemory relate to the ability of older adults to collaborate in everyday life. An ideal student would have undergraduate research experience in a cognitive lab and interest in basic memory mechanisms, as well as an interest in how these mechanisms may change with age or operate in a collaborative environment.
Undergraduate Reseach Assistants
Our lab depends on the assistance of bright, energetic undergraduate students. If you think you would like to learn how to administer and score tests of memory and attention, as well as have the opportunity to participate in the design and presentation of research, please contact Dr. Reese-Melancon to learn about PSYC 4990 and volunteer research assistant openings for upcoming semesters.
